Manuela is excited about the new challenge as Head of HR. With her cheerful, upbeat, and positive personality, she brings not only her passion for sports but also a lot of energy and enthusiasm to her work.
🏆 Career Journey:
After completing a commercial education, her HR career began as an HR Assistant with a focus on international operations, followed by training as a Certified HR Specialist. Specializing further in international assignments, she transitioned into classic HR roles. Manuela also taught social security law to HR staff and advanced to Head of HR at Berlinger. She has since completed further education as a Dipl. HR Manager (NDS HF) and currently leads the HR department at Berlinger Special AG.

Manuela is known for her delayed sense of humor, often not getting jokes right away, much to the amusement of her family. This trait brings a lot of laughter and fun.
🚴 Favorite Sport:
Road cycling is her favorite sport, especially enjoying early morning rides for the solitude and mental clarity it provides. This blend of physical challenge and mental relaxation makes road cycling a particularly valuable experience for her.
