Berlinger Special AG, which has been at the forefront of developing and distributing some of the world’s leading anti-doping products for several decades, has separated from Berlinger & Co. AG and has been operating independently since August 1, 2024. Berlinger Special AG remains steadfastly in the hands of the Berlinger family, ensuring that its values and legacy remain guiding the company into the future.
New Leadership for a New Era
With this newfound independence, the company will now operate under new leadership. Andreas Schnabl, who has served as Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics for the past three years, has assumed the role of CEO. The management team is further strengthened by Vreni Müller, Head of Sales and Marketing, Özlem Morali, Head of Finance and Controlling, and Manuela Hui, Head of HR. “I am very pleased to take on the role of CEO at Berlinger Special AG and see it as a great opportunity to keep our success story going. With our experienced team and the support of the Board of Directors, I am confident that we will maintain our speed to offer the best solutions and services to our customers. The independence of Berlinger Special AG allows us to be even more agile and focused on meeting our customers’ needs,” said Andreas Schnabl.

Continuity and Stability
Andrea Berlinger remains closely connected to the company, continuing in her role as Chair of the Board of Directors. She will be supported by her son Noah and Thomas Bechter, the former CEO of the Berlinger Group. This experienced team guarantees continuity and stability in the strategic direction of Berlinger Special AG. “The restructuring and independence of Berlinger Special AG mark an important milestone in the further development of our company.
