- Individual alarm programming
Up to 5 different alarm temperatures and times – as lower or upper limits in the range of -25° C to +50° C – can be individually adapted to product or customer requirements.
- Accurate measurement of temperature and time
The Q-tag ® CLm is a highly precise electronic temperature monitor. It is 100% calibrated and has a precision of ± 0.5° C. The temperature measurements are made every minute over the entire operating life of up to 5 years. Even if an alarm limit has been exceeded and the Q-tag ® CLm already indicates an alarm, it cumulates all additional limit overruns and shows the total time on the display. A built-in quartz crystal is responsible for accurate timekeeping.
- User-friendly and reliable
Neither software nor a computer are needed to operate the Q-tag ® Clm. The Q-tag ® CLm works completely independently; all information is comprehensibly and readably shown on the screen, and is saved in such a manner that it cannot be manipulated. All Q-tag ® CLm units have a unique serial number and barcode. To carry out documentation, copy the Q-tag ® CLm using a normal copy machine, scan in the screen or simply make a photo with your mobile phone or digital camera.
- Operating life of up to 5 years / Last Mile
Thanks to the extremely long lifetime of the Q-tag ® CLm, products can be monitored throughout their life cycle. From production to storage to retail sales or end use – the cold chain is constantly monitored every minute. This perfectly meets the “last mile” requirement.
- Display of the extreme temperature and duration of excursion
The significance of the temperature events can be seen at a glance, even if an alarm is triggered. The display shows the extreme temperatures and the entire duration during which the temperature is above or below the permissible range. All relevant information important for further decisions is thus provided at all times.
- Date and time display
The Q-tag ® CLm irrevocably shows the exact time and date for every occurrence that a limit is exceeded. The traceability of the alarm events is provided at any time, so that important conclusions concerning accountability are immediately apparent.
- Price/performance
Despite all its diverse information and the high standard of quality, the Q-tag ® CLm is a very cost-effective system. This also allows it to be used in areas where this was not previously possible for cost reasons, such as for reliable and precise control up to the end user, the so-called “last mile”.
